Is there a limit of how many gift cards I can send?

The base price includes up to 500 gift card notifications per month. If you exceed this amount, we will reach out to you to discuss additional pricing options. Please note that sending limits do not carry over from month to month.

When can my customers schedule gift cards?

Your customers can select the date and time to have the gift card notification sent. Gift cards can be sent :00, :15, :30 or :45 after the hour in the time zone of their choice. Customers can send gift cards up to 365 days in advance.

Can customers have the gift card sent immediately?

Yes. Instead of scheduling the gift card notification for a future date or time, your customers can also opt to send the gift card notification immediately (please note that it can sometimes take up to 15 minutes for the gift card to be delivered).

Do this app require I have another gift card app installed?

No. While this app works great with our other gift card apps, none of the are required. Please note, however, you do need to have a Shopify plan that supports gift cards (the “Shopify” level or above; “Basic Shopify” is not compatible).

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel your subscription to our service at any time. There are no long term contracts or agreements. However, we are unable to offer refunds for unused months that have already been paid for. Keep in mind that you can always try our free plan first and see if the app will work for you before paying.

How do I cancel?

To cancel, access the “Apps” page from your Shopify backend and follow the instructions. We cannot cancel your subscription for you.
