Does this app completely automate the gift card notification process?

Not quite. Unfortunately, Shopify doesn’t let us completely automate the process.

Your customers (the person giving the gift card) will still receive the notification and need to either send it now or schedule it.

However, our app makes it easier for customers to understand this since it adds a button that clearly indicates how to send the gift card to the recipient. It also adds the ability to automatically schedule it for a time in the future.

How does scheduling work?

Gift givers can schedule the gift card to be sent automatically on any day in the next 365 days. Users can also select a time at either :00 :15, :30 or :45 after the hour in the time zone of their choice. Please note that due to Internet congestion and other issues, gift card delivery may be off by a few minutes.

Is there a limit on how many notifications I can send in a month?

Yes. You can send up to 500 notifications per month using our base plan, which should be sufficient for most stores. If you exceed this or thing you might, please contact us directly to discuss pricing. We’ll work with you to come up with fair pricing.

Can my customers send gift cards immediately?

Yes. Your customers (the person buying the gift card) can send the gift card notification to the gift recipient immediately instead of scheduling it. Please note that it may take 5-10 minutes for the gift card to be delivered, but the gift giver and recipient are both notified with a confirmation.

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel your subscription to our service at any time. There are no long term contracts or agreements. However, we are unable to offer refunds for unused months that have already been paid for. Keep in mind that you can always try our free plan first and see if the app will work for you before paying.

How do I cancel?

To cancel, access the “Apps” page from your Shopify backend and follow the instructions. We cannot cancel your subscription for you.
