Please note branded designs are not compatible with our Free or Gift Card Pro plans. If you do not have the correct app installed, we can help you get set up, but note that our normal recurring monthly fees will apply. Design and integration fees are a one time fee.

For larger orders, we offer special rates. Please select this option and we'll charge you the deposit now and contact you to go over the details of your project and offer final pricing. This is nonrefundable but is credited toward the final cost of your project. Large project fees vary but are typically discounted.

Tell us what you'd like your design to look like. You can be as specific or as general as you'd like. Some helpful information includes what type of style and colors you'd like us to use. You can upload files for us to use later. Read these tips for writing a great brief.

Please note that if you are planning to send files, you must submit them within 48 hours unless you notify us otherwise. Design orders that do not have files provided within 48 hours may be designed by referencing the Shopify store indicated and redesigns may be an additional fee.

Design services will appear as "ShopkeeperTools.com/cc" or "Shopkeeper" on your credit card statement.

I agree to the Shopkeeper Tools terms and conditions. I understand that there are no refunds for design or integration fees and some limits on revisions. Funds are processed in U.S. dollars. Buyer is responsible for all foreign transaction fees. I understand that if I do not provide files within 48 hours of my order, Shopkeeper Tools may create a design for me using my Shopify store as a reference and that redesigning this may require additional fees.
